The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
Simon Dean OBE was thrilled to collect this award on behalf of the organistion, in recognition of support for the Armed Forces Covenent and supporting and employing over 60 veterans over the last ten years at Challenger Troop. The award was presented on HMS Victory by the Lord Lt of Hampshire, Mr Nigel Atkinson and Rear Admiral Chris Gradner CBE, Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff
