Challenger Troop CIC donates surplus camping equipment to @RefugEase for Camp Moria Fire Disaster

@Camp Moria Fire Disaster

So this week our team had been working to put aside suitable surplus Tents and Sleeping Bags to support the crisis in Lesbos.

Our CEO, Simon Dean OBE dropped off our first load of camping equipment to @RefugEase and handed over by to the center manager, Kotaiba (originally from Syria) at the Tonbridge collection centre.

With winter just around the corner, there is a desperate need to replace the Tents and Bedding, which was destroyed in the terrible fire that wiped out the camp at Moria, the overcrowded migrant facility on Lesbos, leaving 13,000 people without shelter.

We have linked our @challengertroop face book page to the dontation button for @Refugease
