
Our Aims
- Work directly with the young people in raising self-esteem, improving behaviour and attendance
at school and teaching the values and principles of good citizenship. - Deliver a supportive early intervention provision for Schools wishing to influence and improve the attendance and behaviour of pupils at risk through involvement in the programme.
- A Challenging outdoor programme will also encourage health, fitness and improve self-worth, with achievement being recognised through Open College Network skills credits, NVQs and BTEC in Peer Mentoring and Engineering, Duke of Edinburgh's Bronze Award, National Navigator's Award and the Junior Sports Leader's Award.
- Places on the course are subsidised by the department for attendance and behaviour for Kent County Council.

Through participation in the scheme candidates will have the opportunity to attain credited awards and qualifications – National Navigator's Award, Duke of Edinburgh's Bronze Award, Young Leader's Award & Sports Leader Award Level 1, NVQ in basic mechanical engineering and support for ASDAN Cope award modules
